Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Almada. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, and we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should have excellent design skills, strong project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in CAD software is also required.

This role requires strong communication skills as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members. You should also have a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to come up with unique solutions for each project.
