Job Title: Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Almada is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to develop innovative and functional designs that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design plans for industrial projects, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the building process.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industrial standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations.
