Part-Time Commercial Architect
Location: Almada, Portugal


We are in need of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, as long as project deadlines are met. This is an urgent job opportunity with immediate start date.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project timelines and budget effectively
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
