Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Identifying potential project risks and develop contingency plans

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
