Part-Time Architecture Manager

As a Part-Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design process for various projects in Almada. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This position requires a high level of experience in the field of architecture, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure their work aligns with project goals
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or changes in direction
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the architectural design process

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, and construction methods
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 - 25 hours per week)
Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)
Location: Almada (candidate must have own accommodation)
