Architecture Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Lead a team of architects and designers to create innovative and functional designs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are being executed according to plans
- Review and approve all technical drawings and specifications
- Communicate progress updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.

City:
This position is based in Almada, but we welcome applicants from other cities who are willing to relocate.
