Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept development to final construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and extensive knowledge of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of architectural projects
- Develop and present initial concepts and designs to clients
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in the development of designs and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities

Salary:
1600$ per month for part-time work (20 hours per week)

Almada (local candidates preferred)
