Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, managing a team of architects and other professionals, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance, developing project proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff
- Develop project proposals, including scope of work, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress is on track
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Previous experience leading design teams
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
