Senior Architect - Part Time (Almada)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with our team of designers and engineers to create innovative and functional designs that meet client's needs and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide creative solutions
- Manage and coordinate project teams including designers, engineers, and contractors
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, renderings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review project plans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to building codes
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of 2D/3D design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills

Location: Almada (Candidates must be able to work on-site)

Salary: $1300 per month (based on a part-time schedule)

Visa Sponsorship: This position is open only for candidates who already possess a valid visa allowing them to work in Almada.
