We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You must have at least 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects. As a senior member of our team, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior architects. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Revit preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior architects
