Personal Trainer - Almada, Portugal



As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will also provide guidance and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to different fitness levels
- Must have visa sponsorship or be legally able to work in Portugal

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level and goals
- Design personalized workout plans based on client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and feedback to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed for optimal results

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred but not required)
- CPR/AED certification
- Proficient in Portuguese (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with special populations (e.g. seniors, athletes) is a plus
