Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food and drinks served to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month with accommodation provided.
