We are a successful and growing restaurant in the vibrant city of Almada, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels
- Train and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally
- Manage inventory and purchasing to maintain appropriate levels of supplies and minimize waste
- Create and implement strategies to increase profitability, such as upselling techniques or cost-saving measures
- Monitor sales trends and adjust operations accordingly to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Comply with all health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective management strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel
