Dietitian - Nutritionist


Our healthcare facility in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide nutrition counseling and support to patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others improve their health through proper nutrition. Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Dietitian-Nutritionist
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Valid biometric passport
- Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese is required
