A quaint coffee shop in Almada is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee drinks to our customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, and has a strong knowledge of coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink by following recipes and measuring ingredients accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to handle changing demands
- Attention to detail in measuring ingredients and following recipes
