Head Chef



We are in search of an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team in Almada. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. Your creative flair and passion for cooking will be key in developing unique and delicious dishes that will delight our customers.

Key Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and current food trends
- Ability to manage and train a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with menu planning, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
