Sales Representative


We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
- Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (at least 2 years preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Almada (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
