Instrument Technician (Part-Time, Almada)



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various instruments used in industrial and laboratory settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments such as thermometers, pressure gauges, flow meters, and analyzers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and implement repairs.
- Conduct calibration tests to ensure accurate readings and functionality of instruments.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Assist in the installation of new instruments and equipment.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and share information about instrument performance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or laboratory setting.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in industrial and laboratory environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the company.

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Location:
This position is located in Almada, Portugal. Applicants must have permission to work in Portugal.
