Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and maintain timeline
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget
- Manage subcontractors and other project team members
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and changes
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
