Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Almada. As the leader of our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fluent in Portuguese (required), knowledge of English (preferred)
