Entry-Level Welder


We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Almada. As an Entry-Level Welder, you will be responsible for various welding tasks such as assembling, cutting, and shaping metal parts to create structures or products. This position is ideal for someone without experience who is looking to start their career in welding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark workpieces using various tools
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Assemble metal parts by welding or bolting them together
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a vocational training program in welding is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$. Salary may increase with experience, training, or additional certifications.

Location:
This position is located in Almada. Candidates must have their own accommodation as it will not be provided.
