Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support, as well as assisting with daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform basic data entry tasks
- Keep the office area clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
Location: Almada
This position is based in Almada. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate if needed.
