Job Title: Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor in our growing company, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction or development projects. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to gather and analyze data, create accurate maps and reports, and ensure that all aspects of a project comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment to determine land boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Work with project managers and engineers to determine survey needs and goals for specific projects
- Gather and analyze data from surveys, maps, deeds, etc. to accurately determine land boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients and project team members
- Create accurate maps using specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ensure that all aspects of a project comply with legal requirements, including zoning laws and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects or landscape designers to provide accurate information for their designs
- Keep up-to-date on industry standards and advancements in surveying technology
- Manage surveying equipment inventory and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.
- Knowledge of land laws, regulations, and codes
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or GIS software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: $1700/month
