Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Almada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and presentable
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Communicate any customer feedback or issues to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proven knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have valid work visa for Almada (if applicable)

Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
