We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support and instruction to students of various ages and academic levels. Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' individual needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to students
- Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to instruction
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance
- Stay up-to-date with current curriculum and teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with students in an academic setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex subjects in simple terms
- Patience and adaptability when working with different learning styles
- Fluent in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
