Job Title: Contract Baker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Almada. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients, baking breads and pastries, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the bakery
- Organize baking schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Inspect finished products for quality before packaging them for sale
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and high standards for food safety and cleanliness
- Biometric passport or EU citizenship is required
