Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office by handling various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Create and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient organization of documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Assist with invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
