Loader Operator


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Almada. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used to load materials onto trucks or into storage facilities. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently load various materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the equipment, as well as following all safety procedures.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience operating loaders and be familiar with the necessary safety precautions. You must also possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This is a full-time position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader equipment to safely and efficiently load materials onto trucks or into storage facilities
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damage
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the loader to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading tasks
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and diagrams related to equipment operation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to get to job site in Almada
