We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients through various channels
- Make cold calls and follow up on warm leads to schedule appointments
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
