Body Repair Master

We are a well-established auto repair shop located in Almada, seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Perform body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Weld and solder damaged metal parts
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide accurate repair estimates
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts for repairs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Body Repair Master in an auto repair shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and body repair techniques
- Excellent welding and soldering skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical processes in simple terms

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working with various types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, or motorcycles
- Experience working with different types of materials such as aluminum or fiberglass
- Accommodation in Almada or willingness to relocate
- Valid work visa for Portugal
