Office Manager - Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a contract position with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing necessary training materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor laws is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
