Part-Time Office Manager

Our busy office is in need of a Part-Time Office Manager to oversee administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and be able to work independently. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Ensure efficient communication between staff members
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work part-time hours in Almada, Portugal.
