Office Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, and handling all incoming correspondence. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and maintained
- Handle incoming correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain employee records and organize HR documentation
- Oversee travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Address any administrative issues or concerns that may arise
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
