Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Almada. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and maximize profits through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and attending events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional offers and packages to attract new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes
- Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and tours with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients while maintaining profitability for the hotel
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Almada is preferred
- Must have own visa or authorization to work in Almada
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
