Hotel Sales Manager in Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a key member of our hotel management staff, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue from existing guests
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies within the hotel industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are highly desirable)
