, Concierge
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at our luxury hotel in Almada. Your main role will be to assist and accommodate guests with their needs and requests, ensuring they have a memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel and its facilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests such as room service, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, etc.
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests in order to personalize their stay
- Ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked and maintained with amenities, linens, and supplies
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area for guests to relax in
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
