Entry-Level Concierge in Almada

As an entry-level concierge in Almada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our establishment. Your primary role will be to assist with their needs and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Basic computer skills (experience with hotel management software is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds if necessary

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. As an entry-level concierge, you will work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also have the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world on a daily basis.
