Part-time Concierge in Almada


We are seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team in Almada. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for flexible work hours and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the local area, including dining options, attractions, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own visa/license to work in Almada.
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
