Concierge Assistant
We are in search of a highly motivated and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Almada. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with making reservations for dining or events.
- Handle guest requests such as booking transportation, arranging tours, or recommending restaurants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area.
- Monitor guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the front desk area.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
