Body Repair Master

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage and assess repair needs
- Perform body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and paint work
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs
- Ensure all work is done according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers regarding repair process and estimated completion time
- Train and supervise junior technicians

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master in a reputable auto body shop
- Proficient in using tools such as welding equipment, sanders, and paint sprayers
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and electrical systems
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex repair processes to customers
- Valid driver's license from country of origin (Pakistan preferred)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
