Body Repair Master


We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This job requires excellent technical knowledge and expertise in body repair techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them with new ones
- Straighten bent frames and body panels using specialized tools
- Weld or bond replacement parts into place
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Keep track of all materials used for repairs and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair progress and address any concerns
- Train and mentor junior body repair technicians

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in body repair for various types of vehicles
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools such as hammers, dolly blocks, sanders, etc.
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques including welding, bonding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This job is located in Abu Dhabi.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Prior experience is not required but will be considered an asset.
