Office Manager
We are currently hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Creating and implementing efficient office procedures and policies.
- Managing office budget and expenses.
- Supervising office staff and delegating tasks as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring a well-maintained work environment.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Organizing company events and team building activities.
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Salary: 1300$ per month
Preferred Nationalities: Nepali, Kenyan
Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required.
Accommodation: Not provided. Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate at their own expense.
