Office Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Egyptian candidates preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an English-speaking office, we prefer candidates who are fluent in both English and Arabic. This is a full-time job opportunity for freshers who have a strong desire to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person to maintain positive relationships
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee the work of support staff and ensure they are completing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with management to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Egyptian candidates are preferred.
