Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff and providing them with guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions including scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support when needed
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information and tasks
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle employee-related matters such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Fluency in Malayalam or Tagalog is preferred but not required
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.
