Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. Your duties will include coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and managing a team of administrative staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in an office management role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Canadian nationality (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
- Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Prepare reports for management as needed
