As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Identifying new market opportunities and working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners to increase business opportunities
- Providing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, knowledgeable, and equipped to meet their targets
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance for senior management
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service

This position offers a competitive salary package of $1400 per month plus accommodation. It is suitable for any gender who is fluent in English.
