Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Abu Dhabi. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate revenue through various sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement effective sales plans and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and increase occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and actively promote the hotel's services and facilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Actively participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market demand to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and projections for future business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi (candidates from India preferred)
