Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the hotel to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Create and implement sales plans to achieve targeted goals
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and pricing strategies with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Indian market trends is preferred
Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free) + commission on sales
