Hotel Sales Manager (Egyptian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. As an Egyptian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local market and cultural preferences.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and analyzing competitor activity.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building relationships with clients and presenting proposals. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is also required.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. As this is a customer-facing role, excellent customer service skills are essential. The ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage but is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of the local market and cultural preferences
