Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Oversee the sales team's performance and provide guidance and support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
